Garden Seedlings

Because we believe that the healthiest food is the food that you grow yourself, we strive to encourage everyone to plant and grow their own garden. As a part of this process, we grow various seedlings for our members and customers at various times of year and are always willing to share growing advice.
Herbs

Herbs enhance the flavor and aroma of any culinary creation. We grow a variety of herbs all year and include at least one variety each week in our Box Subscriptions as well as at the Farm Stand. In addition to the standard parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme we grow cilantro, basil, mint, oregano, chives, dill, lavender, chamomile, cumin, lemon grass, borage flowers, and fenugreek. While not technically herbs garlic, ginger, and spicy peppers will also occasionally find their way into your box to deepen the favor profile of any meal.
Flowers

Flowers are an important part of the farm because they attract pollinators and other benificials while making the farm beautiful. We love to share this beauty whenever we can and so you will sometimes find flowers in your Box Subscription or at the Farm Stand.
Fruit

Our fruit production is just getting started at the farm. Every year we strive to plant more and more fruit trees, however to help them be the strongest, healthiest, most productive trees that they can be we have to limit their production for the first few years. Currently, we only have a few that are producing at the level needed to bring to market. Plums and apples will likely show up in season and you may see melons in the summer. The quantities and varieties will continue to expand as our orchard becomes more established.
